Adventure Retreat Experience In The UK Lake District

You will be accommodated within a luxurious house  that is situated in one of the loveliest valleys of the Lake District.  Every room is ensuite   With a glorious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge area, with double sided log burner, looks out through huge glass bifold doors across our meadow, toward the River Esk, with a backdrop of Lakeland fells. You can also enjoy the use of 2  Jacuzzis under the Cumbrian sky.

Day one will entail a walk of discovery out of the front door. A time to get out with nature and take in the magnificent surroundings. There will also be opportunities to free your mind and body with wild swimming in a picturesque spot en route.

Day 2 you have the opportunity to walk up the highest mountain England, Scafell Pike, with your host and guide. Or be taken on a journey in the valley below, with England's deepest lake, Wastwater, and find your creative side.

Discover or nurture your creativity with mindful art sessions. You will have an opportunity to create your own masterpiece during the stay to make memories on your wall at home. No art experience is necessary.
